Our cancellation policy is strict. If u cancel within 24 hrs of scheduled appointment u will owe a fee of 50% of ur scheduled service. If u no show u will owe 100% of the scheduled appointment. We do not get paid unless someone is in our chair and we can’t try to fill appt if u no show and possibly if u cancel in short amount of time. We do understand situations happen and we do consider that. But please have respect for our time! Thank you!
